I am a qualified health coach with a diploma in nutrition and lifestyle coaching living in rural Lancashire.

As a farmer’s daughter growing up on a dairy farm, I understand where food comes from and the importance of eating real food. I know how much dedication it takes to produce quality, nutritious food, and the value of consuming fresh, natural ingredients. Why would you fuel your body with anything less? I’m committed to helping others discover how to incorporate more whole foods into their diet as a key step towards living a healthy lifestyle and ageing well.

I’m a country person, so love being out in nature, walking and visiting new places when I’m not working. Having my family and friends around our table for a Sunday roast is one of my favourite things to do, along with anything colourful and creative.
