- Custom topics: Choose from a wide range of wellness topics, including nutrition for specific life stages for example; mid-life nutrition to age well, sleep, stress reduction, and how to reduce sugar and ultra-processed foods in your diet.

Option to add personalised dietary analysis: If your group members would like individual dietary analysis, they can submit a 2-3 day food diary a week before the event. They will receive a comprehensive, printed dietary analysis along with personalised recommendations to help them improve their nutrition and reach their health goals. A small fee will be applied for each food diary to cover the time required for preparing an individual dietary analysis.
