· Initial Consultation: Comprehensive Health and Lifestyle Assessment. A detailed 90 minute consultation to understand your specific wellness goals, daily habits, and lifestyle challenges to establish your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, including supplement advice if needed.
· Follow up Consultation: 1 x 60 minute consultation to review your progress, celebrate wins, and make any adjustments to keep you motivated and on track. Adjustments to your plan, where needed.
· Ongoing Support and Accountability: WhatsApp/email coaching support for the duration of your programme.
· Resource Library: Meal plans, recipes and information sheets as required.
